A Consultant at enlight, Neeko Crider describes herself as a highly motivated business professional. Adaptable and determined, Neeko's professional endeavors have earned her experience in Project Management, Enterprise Application Integration, Data Analysis, Solution Design and Development and End User Training.

Before joining enlight, she worked as a Business Analyst at Lubrizol, specializing in Web and Information Solutions. She participated on a cross functional Enterprise Content Management (ECM) implementation team. She managed projects committed to streamlining global business processes and improving collaboration and communication.

An Ohio native, Neeko graduated from John Carroll University with honors-participating in studies abroad at Queensland University in Australia-before obtaining her Master's in Business Administration at Case Weatherhead School of Management with a concentration in Banking and Finance.

She participated in the YWCA Woman's Leadership Boot Camp in 2007 and is an active member of Cleveland Plays, where she participates in recreational sports year round. She is on the Bridge Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland, a non-profit dedicated to impacting kids' lives by promoting academic success, citizenship and healthy lifestyles. Neeko lives in the Warehouse District in downtown Cleveland. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading and traveling.
