Troy Meinhard, Partner and Chief Operating Officer, is a business strategist with finance and operations expertise. Most recently, he held a variety of finance roles for Pfizer, Inc., including Associate Director of Alliances and Acquisitions. In this role, he participated in R&D-stage business development teams and led the finance, accounting and procurement integration of acquisitions into the R&D division. His experience at Pfizer, Inc. also includes a key role in the program management office for the $5B+ division's restructuring efforts and managing the Portfolio Resource Modeling & Forecasting Group.

Troy worked as a Consultant for The Boston Consulting Group where he gained experience in corporate and business unit strategy development, M&A assessment and corporate investment allocation. At BCG he specialized in growth and profitability strategy development, implementation planning and market intelligence and research. He began his career at Pella Corporation, in a series of manufacturing management and manufacturing finance roles.

Troy holds an International Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he served on the Dean's Student Admissions Committee and helped lead the Blue Gargoyles, a tutoring program for at-risk youth in the Hyde Park area. He is a graduate of Wartburg College in Waverly, IA.

Troy is fluent in German. His interests include coaching youth wrestling and following NFL and college football. He is a member of the Cuyahoga County Public Library Foundation Board. Troy and his wife, Janet, live in Shaker Heights with their three children.
